Colorado’s new law to reduce gun violence goes into effect January 1, 2020. It’s a life-saving tool that allows family members/households or law enforcement to petition the court to temporarily remove firearms from a person deemed a danger to themselves or others.
Colorado Ceasefire and CFCU (Colorado Faith Communities United to End Gun Violence) are co-hosting an evening with Colorado’s Attorney General Phil Weiser.
