Learn about ERPO
Colorado’s new law to reduce gun violence goes into effect January 1, 2020. It’s a life-saving tool that allows family members/households or law enforcement to petition the court to temporarily remove firearms from a person deemed a danger to themselves or others. Colorado Ceasefire is conducting a series of public presentations about how to use this important tool to keep individuals in crisis from accessing or using firearms.
