Colorado: The Making of a Safer State
Please join Colorado Ceasefire and the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence for an online panel:
Colorado: The Making of a Safer State
on Tuesday, May 18 at 5 pm MDT.
Colorado Ceasefire, the longest serving statewide, grassroots gun violence prevention organization in Colorado, is advocating for and helping to secure passage of vital new gun violence prevention legislation in Colorado.
The Coalition to Stop Gun Violence (CSGV), which supports Colorado Ceasefire through its Safer States Initiative, will lead a conversation exploring how the Colorado General Assembly is seizing the moment to pass overdue common-sense measures to save lives.
CSGV’s Director of Policy and Programming Jen Pauliukonis will host a discussion with:
–Colorado State Rep. Jennifer Bacon
–Colorado Ceasefire spokesperson and board member Tom Mauser, whose son was killed in the Columbine shooting
–Colorado State Rep. Tom Sullivan, whose son was killed in the Aurora Theater shooting
Please feel free to send us questions for panelists’ consideration.
