2021 Colorado Legislative Session

The Colorado Sun has reported that Democrats in the State Assembly will push for three new gun violence prevention measures in 2021, which Colorado Ceasefire endorses.  They are:

A safe storage requirement;

A required waiting period between gun purchase and gun possession;

And a law requiring prompt reporting of lost or stolen guns.
